How do I use the Adjustable Strap?

Getting the most out of your MOVE+ PRO is a breeze. Just follow these simple steps to integrate the strap into your daily routine and feel the benefits of its targeted relief.

Step 1

Setup the device

Remove the modules from the dock, and mount into the strap. You'll hear a click when the module is mounted firmly in place.

Step 2

Choose Your Setting

Using the quick-release system, you can unclip, rotate, and reattach the modules in different orientations to fit your body and target pain from any angle.

Step 3

Secure the strap

Wrap around the area to be treated, and secure with the quick release clip. Tighten or loosen the straps to ensure a comfortable fit.

Start your treatment

Press one of the power buttons to start your treatment. To cycle between treatment times, just hold down the power button for 3 seconds. Now just sit back and enjoy the pain-relieving benefits.

Repair
After about 1 year of daily use the buckle on the strap broke. I emailed customer service asking for a replacement and got a reply within hours letting me know a replacement was on the way. About the same time I received tracking info. Perfect!
