How do I use the Adjustable Strap?
Step 1
Setup the device
Remove the modules from the dock, and mount into the strap. You'll hear a click when the module is mounted firmly in place.
Step 2
Choose Your Setting
Using the quick-release system, you can unclip, rotate, and reattach the modules in different orientations to fit your body and target pain from any angle.
Step 3
Secure the strap
Wrap around the area to be treated, and secure with the quick release clip. Tighten or loosen the straps to ensure a comfortable fit.

I have been using the Kineon Move + for just over 30 days and I believe it has made a difference in the recovery of a partially torn miniscus in my right knee. It is not an overnight cure but the technology is in line with other regenerative types of healing options.

I was skeptical, but after reading so many reviews and feeling pretty desperate, I decided to pull the trigger on a Kineon.
I’ve had a total of seven knee surgeries from injuries I had during my career as a firefighter. I had a major surgery on my left knee in December and scheduled a full replacement on the right in July. I’m a very active person, and just getting out of bed in the morning has been annoying due to the stiffness in my knees every day.
For the past month, my morning routine has been 15 minutes per knee while I drink my coffee before I head out to the gym. At first I didn’t notice much, but I can definitely say now that that I feel much better after I use it. There’s a dramatic improvement in both pain and stiffness in my knees.
I continue to use my Kineon throughout the day- driving to run errands or doing work around the house. Very noticeable for preventing stiffness if I drive for a long time. I use it probably 4-6 times a day, which isn’t a big deal because it’s portable.
The results seem to be compounding- the longer and more I use it, the better I feel. So after a month, I have been able to ride my dirt bike and have actually started surfing again! I’m holding off on the knee replacement for now.
All that is to say, I’m very impressed with the Kineon. I’ve wasted a lot of money on things that didn’t seem to do much, but this one seems to be the real deal.

I've only had this device for 4 days, do it may be too early to tell. It is mostly easy to use, but it is a bit tedious having to rearrange the straps' lengths to use on multiple areas on the same day. I suggest including several longer and several shorter straps included. As it is, my straps are getting stretched out from all the many length adjustments.
